Michael Herman is the Vice President of Legal Services at CBL Properties, a position they have held since 2016. From 2000 to 2012, they served as legal counsel at CBL Associates Properties, Inc., and later took on the role of Senior Counsel and Department Administrator at CBL & Associates Management, Inc. between 2012 and 2016. Michael earned their Doctor of Law (JD) from the Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Commerce from the University of Alabama.
