Established in 2009, CBM Solutions has provided building owners with integrated sustainable solutions that support their business operations and processes.

Sustainability is an issue that is becoming increasingly relevant and important for companies across all industries. In a world where economic growth has rapidly increased the demand for natural resources, efficient management of energy, waste reduction and the implementation of sustainable design solutions is essential to gain competitive advantages in a fast-changing economy.

There is also an imperative need to curb global warming. Buildings account for around 40% of the world’s energy consumption and energy efficiency improvements in the built environment will have a significant impact on emission reductions. To this end, the Singapore government has set a target for 80 percent of the buildings in Singapore to achieve the BCA Green Mark Certified rating by 2030.

At CBM Solutions, we are committed to helping building owners achieve and chart a low carbon transition pathway in a pace that reflects the Earth’s limited resources and the imperative of sustaining economic growth. We work closely with our clients to tailor comprehensive strategies that complement their work processes and in accordance to their budget and needs for sustainable FM operations.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CBM Pte Ltd one of Singapore’s leading facility management provider, our consultants are able to leverage over 40 years of experience and capabilities to deliver a wide range of expertise ranging from data collection of building performance to the implementation of the actual upgrades.
