Rick Rivera has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Rick is currently serving as an Expert Witness at CBM1, providing expert testimony and analysis on a range of commercial real estate issues. Prior to this, Rick was the Principal and co-founder of CBM1, where they handled commercial property sales and leasing in Southern California. Rick also served as the President and CEO of Centers Business Management, a prominent retail brokerage and property management firm in Southern California, for over 30 years. Additionally, Rick has experience consulting on sales, operations, and marketing for CAM Property Services and Omnia Pacific Construction.
Rick Rivera obtained their BA degree in Humanities (Ethics) from Menlo College, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
