Alexandre Reple

Alexandre Reple is currently the COO and Executive Director for Operations at CBMM, where they focus on corporate strategy and new business initiatives. With a background in mining engineering, Alexandre holds a Master of Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP. They previously worked at McKinsey & Company as a Fellow Associate and Junior Engagement Manager, and they have extensive experience in project and operational management across various global markets, including Central and South America, Asia, and Australia. Alexandre is dedicated to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in multicultural environments.
