Jesumar Lopes

Jesumar Lopes has extensive experience in leadership and production management, primarily in the metalworking industry. Jesumar held the position of Chefe de Departamento at Rima from 2003 to 2005 and continued in a similar role at Rima Industrial from 2004 to 2006. Subsequently, Jesumar served as Gerente de Produção Metalúrgica at CBMM from January to December 2011, focusing on risk management, quality assurance, and the implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts, while emphasizing safety, health, and environmental best practices. Educational qualifications include a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Business/Commerce from Fundação Getulio Vargas, an Engenharia Metalurgica degree from UFMG, and an ongoing Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
