Leandro Dias has extensive experience in the mining engineering field, beginning as a Trainee at Votorantim Metais from April 2007 to July 2008 and advancing to the role of Engenheiro de Minas Pleno at Votorantim Metais Níquel from April 2007 to August 2011. Leandro has been serving as Engenheiro de Minas and subsequently as Engenheiro de Minas Master at CBMM since September 2011. Leandro holds a degree from UFOP (2002-2007) and has furthered education with a Master's degree in Geoestatística from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2017-2019) and an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (2020-2021).
