Andrei Burtsev

Andrei Burtsev is an experienced software engineering professional with a robust background in leadership and development. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Cboe Global Markets since August 2015, Andrei has previously held key positions at Livevol Inc., including Managing Director of Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineer, from July 2011 to August 2015. Prior to this, Andrei founded Maxima Analytics Ukraine, taking on roles as Tech Lead and Software Architect from February 2008 to July 2011. Andrei holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from Donetsk National University.
