Ben Boydston

Ben Boydston has extensive experience in the finance and regulatory sectors, currently serving as the Director of Listing Qualifications at Cboe Global Markets since November 2008. In this role, Ben ensures optimal customer experiences related to legal, regulatory, and operational aspects of Cboe's global listings program and leads a global committee to enhance the consistency and efficiency of listing processes. Previously, Ben held various positions at Cboe, including Manager of Listing Qualifications and Senior Regulatory Analyst, contributing significantly to the development of a real-time surveillance program for market abuse detection. Prior to joining Cboe, Ben worked at Sprint-Nextel Corporation, where responsibilities included financial consulting and competitive analysis, and at Kemper Investments, where transaction processing and account research were key roles. Ben holds a Master of Arts in Finance from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Central Missouri.
