Chad Paulsen

Chad Paulsen has over 10 years of experience in technical recruiting and consulting roles. Chad currently works as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Cboe Global Markets. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Brookfield Properties and a Sr. Technical Recruiting Consultant at Hirewell. Chad also worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at CDW and as a Technical Recruiter at Arrow Strategies and TEKsystems. Chad began their career in their family's business, Baby Time Furniture, where they gained experience in inventory management and sales.

Chad Paulsen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish/Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2009. In 2008, they also studied at Universidad de Sevilla as part of their degree program. In 2018, Chad Paulsen received a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS, an ADP Company.
