Daniel Shields

Daniel Shields has extensive work experience in the software engineering and financial services industry. Daniel is currently working at Cboe Global Markets as a Principal Software Engineer since February 2013. Prior to that, Daniel worked as a Vice President at Nomura International from July 2011 to February 2013. Daniel also held the position of Executive Director at Goldman Sachs from November 2006 to July 2011. Before that, Daniel was an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse from 1999 to 2006. Daniel began their career as an Open Systems Specialist at IBM (UK) in October 1992 and worked there until July 1999.

Daniel Shields received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Swansea University, completing their education between 1989 and 1992.
