Darren Lee

Darren Lee possesses extensive experience in financial market compliance and surveillance, currently serving as the SEF and Futures Investigations Manager at Cboe Global Markets since August 2022. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Director at UBS from March 2020 to August 2022 and served as Director of Compliance at Wolfe Research, LLC from April 2018 to July 2019. Additional experience includes roles as Director and US Head of Markets Surveillance at HSBC, VP of Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income Surveillance at JP Morgan Chase, and Principal Analyst positions at both FINRA and NYSE Regulation, Inc. Darren holds an MBA in Fraud Management from Utica University and a BA in Management from Saint Leo University.
