Henry Lazo

Henry Lazo is a Talent Acquisition Programs Lead at Cboe Global Markets, responsible for driving early talent hiring initiatives and enhancing university recruiting efforts. Prior roles include Senior Talent Sourcer and Talent Sourcer at Cboe, where Lazo co-founded the Hispanic/Latino/Latinx employee resource group. Prior to Cboe, Lazo worked as a Technical Sourcer at Meta, a Program Analyst at the University of California, San Francisco, and held various positions related to quality and performance improvement at Cedars-Sinai, including Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Lazo began a career in academic affiliations as a coordinator at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC Children's). Education was completed at Western Governors University.
