Kyle Edwards has extensive experience in public policy and market regulation, primarily at Cboe Global Markets since June 2012, where roles include Vice President, Public Policy, and various director and attorney positions focused on securities regulations. Responsibilities encompass researching and interpreting rules under the Securities Exchange Act, conducting investigations into potential violations by trading permit holders, and developing surveillance systems for market compliance. Prior experience includes legal internships with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, along with work as a law clerk in various law firms, covering aspects of securities law, commercial litigation, and worker's compensation.
