Lisa Keet

Lisa Keet currently serves as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel for Index Governance at Cboe Global Markets since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa held multiple prominent positions at MSCI Inc., including Executive Director of Global Government and Regulatory Affairs and Executive Director and Legal Counsel for EMEA Legal and Global Regulatory Affairs from July 2015 to July 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Gardenglam (Pty) Ltd from May 2013 to March 2021, Vice President and Counsel at MSCI from 2010 to 2013, and working as a Legal and Strategic Business Consultant from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in Lisa's career, a role as a Legal Advisor at Psitek from 2004 to 2009 was also held. Education includes a Masters (Phil) in Journalism, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a focus on Law, all obtained from the University of Stellenbosch between 1995 and 2002.
