Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Cboe Global Markets since March 2017, Martyn was a founding developer at BATS Europe, contributing to the development of multiple trading platforms. With a specialization in real-time C++ programming and in-depth knowledge of market mechanisms, order entry, and financial protocols, Martyn has held senior roles at organizations such as BATS Chi-X Europe and BATS Trading, where notable projects included converting a US trading system for the European market and developing a post-trade clearing system.
