Michael Zmora is currently the Senior Director and Deputy Chief Enforcement Counsel at Cboe Global Markets, having previously served as Lead Enforcement Counsel since 2020. With a legal background that includes experience as an Associate at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP and Senior Counsel at FINRA, Michael has developed extensive expertise in enforcement matters. Michael also served as a Foreign Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel and interned at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago. They hold a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Chicago.
