Rick Bruder

Rick Bruder is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership and governance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Volunteer at Higher Ground and holding the position of Co Managing Partner at Graue Mill Partners LLC since January 2003, Bruder has established a significant presence in various sectors. As Chairman of the Business Conduct Committee at Cboe Global Markets since 2018, Bruder oversees critical compliance matters. Previous roles include membership on the Board of Directors at Attainia, Inc. and service as Life Director at the United Service Organizations (USO of Illinois), where Bruder also chaired the board from 2003 to 2004. Additional board memberships include Hinsdale Bank & Trust, Tricom Funding, and Out of Home America, along with the role of Chair of the Board of Trustees at Ride 2 Recovery, dedicated to supporting injured veterans. Bruder holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
