Stephanie Renner

Stephanie Renner is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently, Stephanie serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Cboe Global Markets since July 2022 and holds a position as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Cboe Clear Europe since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Stephanie was the Chief Financial Officer at Cboe Europe from June 2018 to June 2022 and worked at Bats Global Markets, Inc. as Assistant Controller from 2013 to 2018. Stephanie's early career at H&R Block spanned 15 years in various leadership positions, including Director of Financial Reporting and Research, Director of Accounting for Tax Services, and Manager and Project Manager in Financial Services and Tax Services Accounting. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Rockhurst University between 1987 and 1991.
