Theodore Polley

Theodore (Tad) Polley is a financial regulatory attorney currently serving as Director and Assistant General Counsel at Cboe Global Markets. They previously held the position of Associate Director in the Division of Clearing and Risk at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), where they advised on legal matters related to the Commodity Exchange Act and oversaw regulatory compliance for clearinghouses and market participants.
