Tim G. is a seasoned professional in network engineering and security operations, currently serving as the Manager of Network Security Operations at Cboe Global Markets since 2008, where leadership is provided to a global team focused on organizational protection. Previously, Tim held roles as a Principal Network Engineer and Senior Network Engineer, specializing in the design and implementation of high-speed, ultra-low latency network infrastructures in the financial sector. Additionally, Tim has been a member of the US Air Force Reserve since 2004, managing a team within the Cyber domain and contributing as a Firefighter. Previous positions include various engineering roles at BATS Trading Ltd, Core BTS, Open Systems Technologies, UMB Bank, Inacom, and Sprint, with extensive experience in network design and troubleshooting.
