Tim Lipscomb

Tim Lipscomb currently serves as Chief Technology Officer, COO Europe, and Deputy COO EMEA at Cboe Global Markets since October 2019. Prior to this role, Tim was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch from January 1999 to October 2019. Tim began the career as an Analyst Programmer at Logica from July 1996 to December 1998. Tim holds a degree from the University of Southampton, completed between 1992 and 1996, and attended Radley College from 1988 to 1992.
