Tracy Rider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in travel, expense management, and operations. Currently serving as the Global Travel and Expense Manager at Cboe Global Markets since January 2023, Tracy effectively manages programs for over 1,200 employees and has successfully implemented new policies and an automated system to enhance expense reporting. Prior experience includes over 14 years as a Travel and Expense Analyst at Waddell & Reed, where Tracy led initiatives that streamlined processes and secured executive support for automation systems. Additionally, Tracy operated Goodcents franchises, achieving significant annual sales, and served as Marketing Manager for Mr. Goodcents Franchise Systems, Inc., overseeing a substantial advertising budget and coordinating national promotions. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Fashion from Baker University, with minors in Marketing, Accounting, and Economics.
