Matt Murphy

Matt Murphy is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Partner at CBPE Capital since January 2022. Previously, Matt held the position of Group CFO at Imagination from November 2019 to January 2022 and served as CFO at Kelkoo Group between September 2018 and November 2019. Matt's extensive experience at Openreach spanned from August 2011 to September 2018, where roles included Financial Director and Financial Controller overseeing various divisions. Prior to that, Matt worked as Commercial Director at ADAPT, held a private equity position at Doughty Hanson, and engaged in corporate finance at Investec. Matt's career began at KPMG in corporate recovery. Educationally, Matt is an FCA from ICAEW and holds a 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting with Law from the University of Bristol.
