Robert Lentz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert began their career at Maconomy A/S in 1995, where they served as a Sales Director and later as a Country Manager. During their tenure, they focused on implementation projects for clients such as Rambøll, Post Denmark, and Danske Bank. In 1999, Lentz became the Business Development and Marketing Director, responsible for international marketing, business development, and technology partner management in the European region. Additionally, they played a key role in introducing the first time registration app for the wap phone in collaboration with Nokia and IBM. Lentz continued to excel at Maconomy, holding the position of Country Manager once again from 2001 to 2003, overseeing the Danish operation in various capacities including sales, marketing, finance, consulting, and technology consulting. Robert also briefly served as the International Industry Director during this time. Subsequently, Lentz joined cBrain in 2003 as a Senior Partner, responsible for operations with a special focus on customers and services. Robert played a pivotal role in cBrain going public in 2006. In 2008, they took on the position of COO, contributing to the company's CSR strategy and work with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. In 2020, Lentz became the Country Manager at cBrain Germany. Outside of their professional career, they served as a Board Member for the Kikhavn Coastal Protection Association from 2019.

Robert Lentz attended Copenhagen Business School from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Diploma in Information Technology, Financial Management, Balanced Scorecard, M&A & IT, and Process Improvement. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in ISO9000, Compliance, HR, Derivatives, and German Market from the same institution between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, they attended Holte Gymnasium, although the specific dates and degree program are unknown.
