Tim Smith, AACI, P.App, is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services, where they oversee all valuations in Moncton, NB, and co-lead CBRE’s Atlantic Valuation group. They have extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting across various asset classes throughout Atlantic Canada. Tim's professional qualifications include an AACI designation and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia, as well as a degree in Arts from Mount Allison University. They previously held positions at Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
