Frank Simonetti

Frank Simonetti is a seasoned professional in the property services sector with over 18 years of experience. They began their career at API Property Group and subsequently spent 13 years at Eris Property Group, where they specialized in industrial and commercial transactions. In 2013, Frank founded Spaces of Promise, a boutique commercial property firm, before serving as Director of Corporate Transactions at JLL from 2020 to 2024. Currently, Frank holds the position of Director of Contracted Accounts at CBRE Excellerate.
