Carsten Ape

Carsten Ape is the Managing Director and Head of Office Leasing at CBRE Germany, where they oversee all office leasing departments across the country since 2004. Previously, Carsten served as Geschäftsführer at Park Immobilien GmbH from 1991 to 2003. In their current position, Carsten advises companies on the acquisition and leasing of office spaces, collaborating with a diverse range of clients including corporations, SMEs, startups, property owners, and investors. Through their work, Carsten aims to bring the concept of "New Work" to life within office environments.
