Simon Ritsch

Simon Ritsch is the Managing Director and Head of Valuation Advisory Services at CBRE Germany, a position held since 2016. Previously, Simon served as Managing Director and Head of Retail & International Valuation Germany at CBRE from 2006 to 2016. Simon is currently pursuing a degree in Immobilienmanagement at FHTW Berlin. Passionate about collaboration and challenge, Simon finds joy in engaging with colleagues and clients across various levels, enhancing the valuation process through teamwork and communication.
