Al Calhoun

Al Calhoun, CCIM, is a highly experienced professional in the capital markets, currently serving as Vice Chairman Hotels at CBRE. With over 30 years in the industry, they have brokered the sale of more than 2,500 hotels, securing six JLL Top Gun Awards. Earlier in their career, Calhoun held positions at notable companies such as Choice Hotels International and Hodges Ward Elliott, where they excelled in hotel development and property transactions. They co-founded Thompson Calhoun Fair, establishing a specialized firm in the disposition of Select Service Hotels, and subsequently managed the Select Service Division at JLL. Al earned a BS in Hotel Restaurant Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgia State University.
