Alan Alterman

Alan Alterman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in transaction management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Sr. Transaction Manager for the AT&T Mobility Account at CBRE since 2013, Alan oversees the expansion of retail stores and manages the site selection and lease execution processes. As Principal at ASA Realty Advisors since 2010, Alan provides comprehensive real estate advisory services, including site analysis and project management. Previous roles include Senior Transaction Manager for the Americas Marsh & McLennan Account at CBRE and Director of Real Estate positions at Hanger Orthopedic Group and PHILIPS Electronics North America. With a strong background in real estate strategy and management, Alan has been instrumental in delivering significant cost savings and successful project outcomes throughout a diverse career spanning over three decades, beginning with an early role at Chase Manhattan Bank. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
