Alex Walker

Alex Walker has extensive experience in facilities management, beginning as a Facilities Coordinator at VINCI Facilities from February 2009 to February 2012, where responsibilities included strategic planning and daily operations for Total UK Ltd's office buildings. From June 2012 to October 2015, Alex continued in a similar role at Bellrock Property & Facilities Management, focusing on service organization across multiple campuses for Bucks New University while supporting the onsite FM Manager. Following these roles, Alex served as Assistant Facilities Manager at Mace from October 2015 to April 2021, overseeing a portfolio of six sites and managing day-to-day operations and projects. Subsequently, Alex worked as Facilities Manager at Helix Property Advisors from April 2021 to May 2022. Currently, Alex holds the position of Regional Facilities Manager at CBRE, starting in May 2022. Alex holds a BTEC National Diploma in Media from Amersham & Wycombe College, completed between 2004 and 2007.
