Alison Caplan

Alison Caplan has been with CBRE since February 2005, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer since April 2024, overseeing People, Marketing and Communications, and acting as Chief of Staff for the senior executive team and Board interactions. Previously, Alison held the role of Chief People Officer, leading global People initiatives and managing Centers of Excellence related to Talent Acquisition and Management, supporting over 100,000 employees. Prior positions at CBRE include Senior Vice President roles in Global People Operations and Talent Acquisition, Quality Initiatives and CSR, and Legal Operations and Corporate Responsibility. Earlier experience includes Manager of Recruiting and Integration at sanofi-aventis and Associate in Campus Recruiting at Goldman Sachs. Alison Caplan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University (1993-1997).
