Allan Wickham

Allan Wickham has over a decade of experience in risk management, workplace services, and sustainability within prominent organizations. From January 2009 to April 2013, Allan served as Head of Risk for Corporate Services in Asia Pacific, EMEA, and India at the Royal Bank of Scotland, managing operational risks in various areas. Subsequently, during tenure at RBS from August 2016 to October 2017, Allan led a large team providing support services globally and established a unified department for sustainable workplaces. At NatWest Group from November 2019 to March 2022, Allan headed Climate and Data Services, focusing on the decarbonization of operations. Currently, Allan works at CBRE as Global Head of Occupier Sustainability Advisory while serving as Board Trustee and Chair of the Development and Assets Committee at YMCA St Paul's Group. Allan holds a Master of Science in Management with Operations Management from the University of Bath.
