Ben Plaisted

Ben Plaisted is an experienced tenant advocate and real estate professional with a focus on advising organizations on occupancy strategies. After beginning their career in commercial real estate in 2003, Ben has dedicated their work to representing office tenants in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, managing over three million square feet of transactions. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at CBRE, Ben has held various leadership roles throughout their career and has been recognized as a top performer in the industry. Passionate about mentoring the next generation of commercial real estate professionals, Ben was appointed the youngest co-regional manager at Savills in 2018, where they manage over 60 brokers. Ben earned a BA in Political Science from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
