Ben Trower

Ben Trower is a seasoned professional in HR and rewards analytics, with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in the field. Beginning as an HR Assistant at Brighton Pier, Ben progressed to a Rewards Analyst position at Southern Water and served as an HR Administrator at OneFamily. Following a brief tenure as a Compensation Analyst at MetLife, Ben took on roles as a Total Reward Analytics Partner and Senior Analyst at CBRE.
