Bill Lerner

Bill Lerner is the Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Americas Investment Banking at CBRE, a position held since 2021 after the acquisition of Union Gaming, which was co-founded by them in 2009. With approximately 30 years of experience in investment banking and equity research, Lerner previously led Union Gaming’s investment banking practice, and held prominent roles at Deutsche Bank and Prudential Securities. They hold an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston University, and have authored a reference book on emerging stock markets. Lerner is actively involved in community service as the Honorary Commander of the Nevada Air National Guard’s 152nd Mission Support Group, among other roles. They live in Las Vegas with their spouse and four children.
