Boyd Kildey is a Senior Director in Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE, where they manage the Tenant Representation team in Brisbane, specializing in commercial lease negotiation and transaction management. With over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, Boyd has successfully completed more than 230,000 sqm of office lease transactions, representing clients from various sectors including government and finance. Prior to their role at CBRE, Boyd held positions at Colliers International Australia, Brisbane City Council, and Arrow Energy, among others, and has a strong educational background with degrees from Queensland University of Technology and The University of Queensland.
