Calum Weaver

Calum Weaver is an accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily property sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at CBRE since June 2023, Calum has successfully completed over 200 sales of multifamily properties valued over $1 billion. Prior to this, as Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2016 to August 2023, Calum specialized in the sale and financing of multi-housing properties, achieving over $1 billion in apartment and land sales. Earlier in the career at CB Richard Ellis from January 2000 to July 2016, Calum held the positions of Senior Vice President and Marketing Director, leading significant sales and marketing efforts in the South Florida market. Calum holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a BA in Business Administration and Management from Tusculum University.
