Carl Brooks is a highly experienced ESG and sustainability expert specializing in enhancing value in real estate portfolios. They began their career as an Environment Officer at Parragon Book Services, later serving as an Environmental Consultant at 3Re Group and an Environment Manager at the Health Protection Agency. Carl held the position of Sustainability Advisor at Hammerson, where they embedded sustainability processes in retail operations, before becoming Head of Sustainability at MAPP, establishing sustainability as a core discipline in property management.
