Caroline Bour

Caroline Bour is a Senior Vice President and Corporate Real Estate Advisor at CBRE, where they represent office tenants in the Washington DC metropolitan area and manage select multi-market accounts. With a background that includes agency leasing experience, Caroline employs a multi-disciplined approach to create value for clients, particularly within the technology and media sectors as part of CBRE’s Technology & Media Practice. Caroline also serves on the Associate Leadership Council for Junior Achievement of Greater Washington and holds a B.S. in Commerce, with Distinction, from the University of Virginia. Outside of their professional endeavors, Caroline enjoys adventuring, golfing, and has a history of coaching swimming.
