Casey Rosen co-leads CBRE’s National Retail Partners Florida Team alongside Dennis Carson and is a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group, ranking among the top retail property investment sales professionals in the nation. Beginning their career at Chemical Bank, Casey transitioned to Trammell Crow Company before co-founding BlackRock Retail Property Advisors in 1996. Since joining CBRE in 2007, Casey has continued to excel in the commercial real estate sector. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and is an alumnus of the Bronx High School of Science.
