Chad Doellinger

Chad Doellinger currently serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CBRE since May 2020, also holding the role of Chief Transformation Officer. With extensive legal experience, Chad has been a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in various capacities focused on global litigation, intellectual property, and legal operations at CBRE. Prior to this, Chad practiced as a partner at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Chad's in-house experience includes serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Walmart, where oversight of the Commercial & Class Action Litigation Team was a key responsibility. Chad has also been a Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago Law School since 2003, teaching courses on Advanced Trademarks and Unfair Competition, along with a background in Intellectual Property. Chad holds a JD from Yale Law School and a dual Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Iowa.
