Chad Ricks

Chad Ricks is an Executive Vice President at CBRE, where they focus on originating multifamily and healthcare loans with an emphasis on FHA-insured debt. With nearly 12 years of experience at Love Funding Corporation, Chad excelled as Director, managing loan originations nearing $200 million. They began their career in the financial industry in 1997, and they hold a B.S. and an MBA, both concentrating on banking, finance, and securities law, from the University of Missouri. Chad is also involved as the president of the Southwest Mortgage Advisory Council and is active in major Texas Apartment Associations and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
