Chris Cobb

Chris Cobb is a Transaction Director at CBRE, where they lead an integrated transaction management and lease administration team for the Stellantis North American Corporate Real Estate account. With over 30 years of corporate real estate experience, Chris has managed more than 1,000 real estate projects valued at over $2 billion, specializing in due diligence oversight and negotiation across various property types. Prior roles include positions at Henry Ford Health System, Cushman & Wakefield, and Ford Land, where Chris developed systems for project management and lease administration while managing teams of up to eleven people. Chris earned a BS in Business Management from Oral Roberts University.
