Cliff Bell serves as the Director of Americas Consulting at CBRE since May 2015, overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of client real estate portfolios. As a certified user and subject matter expert in Tableau, Cliff provides consulting to large client accounts within the CBRE Global Workplace Solutions line. Additionally, Cliff excels in presentation design and executive messaging, developing key presentations for client executives and industry events. Recognized as a thought leader in peer benchmarking and economic analysis for corporate real estate, Cliff has previously held roles at CTR Partners, Inc. and BBVA Compass, culminating in significant accolades such as the 2016 CBRE GWS Global Innovation Award. Cliff earned a B.S.B.A in Marketing and Art from Samford University in 2010.
