Cody Nelson is a Vice President with the National Investment Team at CBRE Limited, recognized as an award-winning top producer in the sale of multi-family development land in western Canada. Throughout their career, Cody has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of over $1.25 billion in real estate across the Edmonton region, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. They hold a B.A. in Economics from Grant MacEwan University and have continued their education with various relevant courses. Currently, Cody serves on the Young Leaders Group for ULI Alberta.
