With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dan has facilitated the investment sales of more than 484 properties totaling over 18.4 million square feet and valued at over $3.4 billion since 2000. Dan’s career began at the Riley/Pearlman Company, where involvement in the development of over 2 million square feet of shopping centers helped establish their expertise. A proud alumnus of the University of Colorado-Boulder, Dan resides in Manhattan Beach, CA, and is recognized for integrity and navigational skill in complex transactions.
