Daniel E. Miller

Daniel E. Miller is an Assistant General Counsel specializing in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, bringing over 20 years of legal experience, including more than 13 years as an in-house advisor to C-suite executives and senior management. Previously, Miller held roles at notable firms including CBRE, where they led global data privacy initiatives and compliance programs, and Aegis Group plc, where they established a compliance program for a media agency operating in over 80 countries. Miller is a member of the New York State Bar and the UK Roll of Solicitors, and is admitted for in-house practice in California. They hold a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
