Daniel Hunter

Daniel Hunter is a seasoned professional in the field of valuation with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as a Director at CBRE since March 2018, Daniel specializes in Central London Valuation. Prior roles include Associate Director at Strutt & Parker from January 2016 to March 2018, and Senior Surveyor positions at both DVS Property Specialists for the Public Sector and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on a short-term secondment in 2014. Daniel began professional training as a Graduate Surveyor at the Valuation Office Agency from January 2012 to June 2014, following a tenure as a Property Investment Advisor at Bold Spirit Ltd. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree, BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University, attained between 2007 and 2010.
