David Berk, MBA, RPA, LEED GA, currently serves as the General Manager at CBRE, overseeing property management for a prominent Class A commercial office building in downtown Manhattan. With a background that includes directing corporate accounts at Cornell University and sales executive roles at Kronos, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to tenant relations throughout their career. Previously, David managed multiple significant properties, including those at Normandy Real Estate Partners and Tishman Speyer, excelling in financial oversight and staff development. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Yale University.
